Mikromotor has a well-equipped facility, and professional staff, and we do all entrusted work according to the established technology. By agreement, we carry out loading-unloading, transport, and when necessary:
– stator-rotor winding in insulation class F, H, or C at the customer’s request
– re-plating or replacement of a new stator-rotor sheet package
– replacement of bearings, brushes, brush holders, brush holder supports, collectors and everything else
– complete service and overhaul of high-voltage electric motors with a voltage level of up to 10 kV and a power of up to 7 MW
– production of coils for traction motors and HV electric motors using the latest RESIN RICH technology
We have machines for the polymerization of windings, a machine for shaping windings, as well as a drive for vacuum impregnation of stators and rotors.
For the production of our products and services, we use the highest quality materials from well-known global manufacturers.
We use copper and aluminum conductors in class F, H and C Insulation materials from ISOVOLTA, DOLPH’s, ALTANA. SKF, FAG bearings, SHUNK, MORGAN graphite brushes, ISOLA collectors, etc.
